Before production, every leather is precisely surveyed to ensure continuing best quality. These special leather are the foundation for the bag forms, which are stamped out by machines or cut out by hand. 
Straps are neatly sharpened, ironed, stamped, marked and taped. Zippers are cut and karabiners are pulled onto leather cords. Accurately placed on top of one another, the soft leather patterns are combined with strong stitching by sewing machines.
